Anchor structure as a kind of geotechnical anchoring technology extensive use ofall kinds of modern engineering, first appeared in the early twentieth Century Britain,the clever use of the prestressed steel structure with the characteristics of high tensilestrength, improve the strength and stability of rock and soil and concrete structure itself,is economical, practical, efficient three big advantage, effectively saving constructioncost, enhances the safety factor in engineering construction, and improve the soil to callits own strength and stable capability, dig the soil potential, effectively save theengineering cost and is conducive to the construction of the security, has a wideapplication in engineering practice.Concrete mortar bolt is commonly used as a kind of anchoring structure class,because of the complex engineering environment, the problem of durability research isvery urgent. In this paper, through the production of concrete mortar anchor specimens,considering its face in the actual engineering of sustained stress, sulfate corrosionconditions, the important index of durability of the anchorage structure of drawing force,the test and theory analysis.The main work of this paper are as following:(1) Through the analysis of the experimental and theoretical research achievementsof the anchoring structure with durability comparison of domestic and foreign scholars,making concrete mortar anchor specimens, according to the factors influencing thedurability of anchorage structure as the experimental variables, through pull-out testsare drawing force in response to the degree of influence on durability of anchoragestructure of various variables and coupling conditions. Test variables considered in thispaper mainly includes1continuous stress.2days of corrosion.3. mortar models. And todetermine the sulfate as corrosion solution for the durability of anchorage structure.(2)Making experiments and the corresponding stress and strain measurementequipment, test pieces to provide sustained stress this effect by many experimentalstudy ignore the factors on the mortar anchor to achieve(3)Get the drawing force anchor structure under the influence of various factors bydrawing experiment, through comparative analysis, obtains the anchoring structure withdurability as the corrosion time, sustained stress size and regularity of mortar model(4)Through the theoretical analysis of concrete mortar anchor specimen drawingforce factors, process, principle, calculation of drawing force and the theoretical valueto verify the test results, and analysis of porosity and elastic modulus influence onanchor pullout, and qualitatively in anchors under sulfate attack, the porosity calculation,elastic modulus the relationship between porosity and the changes of mortar anchor testrelationship between volume change with the pulling force.
