Because of the use of power electronics products in daily life and industrial production,these products cause a lot ofharmonic pollution on the grid. if the grid voltage fluctuations, themoment of interference and harmonic sometimes will affect the experimentalresults whenthese precision instruments for the laboratory are working, therefore I plan to design a specialpower supply and this high quality power provides stedy output voltage,a constant frequencyand the waveform without distortion, and this special power supply posseses a character ofhigher power factor and higher efficiency but dosen’t cause harmonic pollution for grid when itis working.On the basis of study of the past mature analog control technology and analysis thetopology of AC-DC-AC, select the optimizing blue print after simulation of circuit topologyand then choose Parallel boost circuit and Full-bridge DC-AC inverter as the main circuit. Byanalyzing the average current mode and the advantages and disadvantages of hysteresiscurrent control mode, and choose the latter as the system control model. EstablishAC-DC-AC power system mathematical model in matlab and analyze the conventional PIDcontrol theory, algorithms and fuzzy PID algorithm, compared to the control effect of the twoalgorithms when they are working on third-order model, at last choose fuzzy-PID as maincontrol method. Through the simulation MTALAB, it proved the superiority of fuzzy PID.Finally, build the entire system experimental platform on the basis of TMS320F2808speeddigital chip and designed part of the circuit, including the low-frequency filter circuit,MOSFET driver circuit, power supply circuit, and signal conditioning circuits, etc…. ByExploring laboratory high-precision power supply reverse digital control technology, make thepower supply has excellent steady state and dynamic characteristics of laboratory equipment toprovide high quality power, and ultimately get the experimental waveforms.
