In the background of rapid development of China’s transport undertaking, the newly built bridge number and variety more and more, but the new cycle is long, the cost of Bridges, bridge damage is faster than the speed of bridge construction, the cause of built Bridges can’t satisfy the needs of current traffic volume. Therefore, along with along with the increase of the newly built bridge, bridge of the transformation and utilization is more and more important in our daily life. Mentioned in this paper, the bridge jack-up technique is a kind of new bridge construction transformation technology, for its shorter duration, damage of the bridge is small, the advantages of saving money have been paid much attention by people, especially in the treatment of the bridge bearing replacement, the settlement and the problem of insufficient clearance under the bridge of a bridge, the advantage of the technology performance is obvious. The technology with the advantages of itself has been applied to a large number of actual bridge project, it has good development and application prospect.At present, most of bearing replacements for Bridges using integral synchronous jack-up method, this method does not produce attached to the internal force of the bridge, the damage to the bridge is small, do not affect the mechanical characteristics of the original bridge upper structure, jack lifting height is flexible according to the requirements of the construction control, suitable for most or all of the bridge bearing damage of engineering need to be replaced. But when an individual or a small bearing damage occurs, using integral synchronous jack-up methods require replacement of mechanical equipment and technical personnel is more, not only the economy, and construction cycle is relatively long. Aimed at this situation, at present can be used in a single block by block jack-up method for bearing replacement, but due to the long span continuous beam bridge, especially the beam body weight is bigger, use the method to replace bearing may cause the beam body is damaged, and thus can not achieve the purpose of safe and effective complete bearing replacement. Therefore, when an individual or a small part of the bearing damage occurs when forces from the optimization point of view, to explore a little damage on the beam, the construction period is shorter and relatively economical replacement bearing construction techniques and monitoring methods and methods the actual project of great significance.When an individual or a small part of the bearing damage occurred, in order to solve the bridge bearing replacement force optimization problem, this paper combined with engineering examples, using MADIS/CIVIL software bridge for replacement of selected each bearing various working conditions are simulated, draw force relative bearing replacement optimization method, both of which replace a bearing, for example, the construction technology of its bearing replacement and monitoring control method is used.
