Ray machine component is a key component of a kind of aircraft, whichhas been widely applied in the field of aerospace, so it’s electricalperformance must be tested before manufactured to make sure it workproperly. This paper focuses on the issues that the development of raymachine incentives and test device which based on virtual instructment,through the deeply analysis of servo system, temperature compensation andcontrol systems and detector system and database with powerful datamanagement capabilities,and it has finished the overall system design andhardware and software design of ray machine components incentives andtesting device. This paper achieved the practical application of the testingdevice in connection with the auto detection of ray machine component.Ray machine components mainly completes the target scan, target search,target identification and target tracking. It is mainly composed by thescanning mechanism, the objective lens assembly, the protection agency ofoptical window, the zoom focusing mechanism, detectors, temperaturecompensation and control module, pitch frame, orientation framework and theinstitution of correction image. Firstly, this thesis makes acute analysis of theray machine component’s servo system, temperature compensation andcontrol system and the detector system; secondly, it builds the basicarchitecture of the entire detection system; thirdly, it makes up the system’sdatabase management function and self-test function; finally, it improves thearchitecture of the entire detection system and accomplishes the developmentof the ray machine components and the test device.This paper does many experiments about ray machine componentsincentives and test device. The result shows that they can satisfy theperformance test of the ray machine components and the whole runningsystem is stable.
