In recent years, various natural disasters happened frequently, seriously affectour daily life and the safety of life and property.Emergency management got more andmore attention from governments to the scholars. Emergency evacuation played a keyrole in the emergency system. To evacuate the personnel in affected region to the safearea in the shortest possible time is the first thing to be considered after the disaster. Itis very important that having a reasonable and effective evacuation plan foremergency evacuation.But in the existed research, the classification of the evacuationof personnel and vehicle and destination was ignored as well as the analysis of theevacuation scheduling.There would be some potential problems which cannot be usedto help making decision.With the rapid development and application, the visual analytics technologyprovided a new method and tool for this problem.It can not only support thegeneration of the evacuation scheduling, but also can help the decision maker analysisthe evacuation scheduling and solving the problem in the evacuation schedulingrapidly by providing a visual interface. Thus, visual analytics can greatly improve theefficiency of emergency management.In this paper, the generation and analysis of the emergency evacuationscheduling problem is studied. This paper mainly includes the next contents:(1)Considering the problem that the classification of the evacuation of personneland vehicle and destination was ignored, the paper represented the problem and sum itup as a VSP problem with multicenter, multitrips, multiple models, multispecies andfull loads.The math model was rebuilt.(2)Genetic algorithms was picked up to solving the evacuation model.Based onthe characteristics of the model and the needs for the analysis, a mulriple codeing wasdesigned which fulfilled the requirement of the evacuation analysis. The simulationresults indicated that the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm.(3)Considering the problem that there was few research about the analysis of theevacuation scheduling, the paper was studied the application of the visual analyticsfor the evacuation scheduling. The process of the application of the visual analyticswas provided. The principle of the visualation which include the unified summary anddetailed、category browse、easy understand and intercativity. Three evacuationscheduling visualiation was desgined, including the evacuation overall display method、the vehicle journey representation and the personnel distribution matrixmethod.The evacuation scheduling optimization principle was specified. At last, thevisual analytics process was discussed carefully based on the example data.(4) The emergency evacuation scheduling visual analytics prototype system wasdesigned and built up.Because of the limitation of the study environment, a minimaltrue.network and virtual emergency evacuation was used in the prototypeexperiment.The result of the experiment explained the effectiveness and practicalsignificance.
