The rapid urbanization process and the improvement of people’s living standardsconsume energy and resources excessively, producing huge amounts of waste and dust, thepollution caused by the haze and fog at the same time. Presently, there are great differencesbetween the design of energy saving, emission reduction and the comprehensive constructionaffluent society’s demand, environmental safety requirements. It has become the weak link ofeconomic and social coordinated development. It needs to intensify research and adoptcomprehensive measures to improve the design level.Through the preliminary design of house of new type of rural energy conservation andenvironmental protection, this thesis mainly focuses on the research of energy storagetechnology application design, and palisade structure heat preservation wall body design,overall structure design of the new rural residential construction.Using industrial flue gas desulfurization gypsum as gelled material, glass waste andplant straw as thermal insulation material, together with light aggregate and admixture makethe new material. The insulation performance is beyond the provisions of the state of energysaving65%standard. The Heat insulation performance is better than traditional clay brick andordinary concrete hollow brick. The Materials are of low cost, small coefficient of thermalconductivity, nontoxic, stable performance, rich straw resources in rural areas, local materialsreduces the costs on the one hand, on the other hand enhance the insulation effect, andconform to the energy-saving, land-saving, recycling policy.Roof-integration of solar cell structure is designed, the collection hot surface uses thePC board, and thermal conductivity is lower than common glass and other plastic, afteradopting inverse impedance technology, thermal efficiency is as high as89%.On the one hand,it converts solar radiation into electricity, on the other hand, it collects thermal radiation,through the heat transfer system with energy storage materials for energy exchange andstorage. In winter, it gets heat from heat storage room above and at the same time can get coldby air exchange, stored in a cool storage material, obtained from below the cold storage roomair conditioning in summer. Recycling natural energy for heat and cold basically can satisfythe energy demand of throughout the year.In order to reduce heat loss, the design adopts double frame and double glazing toimprove total thermal resistance, reducing the proportion between the window and wall. The housing design uses the surface of slopes to the south, and the stronger heat insulation designto the north part. In this way, it can use the sunlight resources effectively, greatly reduce thecosts of heating technology, at the same time, it won’t produce the emissions of pollutants.This article relates to Art Design, the forefront of Environmental Science and MaterialScience. It adopts the new environmental material and energy design of innovative ideas toconvert natural energy directly. The design has both the social and significant economic valuewith resource utilization and environmental protection, and makes great progress in new ruraldesign theoretically and practically. And at the same time, the article provides a modelapplication for the development and design of recycling materials.
