Design And Implementation Of Visual Network Losses Management System

Network losses,known as an central comprehensive technical and economicindicators of power enterprises,show the research and design,operational managementlevel of a power system.Network losses reduction is a key mission in power system’s energy-saving work,to control,reduce and even minimize the irrational network losses by taking scientificmanagement method,is a prime part of modern power enterprises management,as wellas a basic requirement for a power enterprise to survive and develop.[1]Recently power enterprise already has a good management infrastructure and dataconditions.A sound network losses management system has been established, networklosses management organization has been improved,network losses managementresponsibility has been cleared,the equipment management has been standardized, andthe indicator assessment rules have been specified.In this paper,the recent state of netwok losses is the object to improve.The paperbuild a network losses control and management system including dataintegration,statistics on network losses,losses analys,losses reduction decisionsupporting,information management and system management,based on database formedwith data from SCADA,MIS system, electric energy collection system.With thissystem,the model and the code has been unified,and the theoretical loss calculationcould be done automatically,and the system can also provide decision recommendationsabout how to reduce the network losses,which fully meet the needs of the power lidneloss management, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises。...
