White LED as a new generation of solid cold light source, high luminous eiffciency,lowpower consumption, long life, easy to control, and maintenance-free, safety andenvironmental protection, applies to family, shopping mails,banks, hospitals, hotels,restaurants, and other public places for a long time lighting, withsigniifcant technical progressand gradually expand the scale of the industry, high power LED integrated manufacturingprocess matures, the manufacturing costs are declining,more and more domestic and foreignenterprises into the semiconductor lighting industry. But as the drive power LED lamp beads,there are still some inadequacies restricting the development of the LED driver power. LEDdrive power drawbacks, the high-voltage LED driver power supply to achieve process toelectrolytic capacitors.This paper conducted as follows:(1) select the appropriate LED driver power supplytopology, by analysis of existing PFC technology and DC-DC power conversion technology,select single-stage PFC flyback topology as the appropriate structure of power in this article.The structure is a structure to achieve power factor correction AC-DC energy conversion.(2)summarizes the current LED driver power supply general technical requirements, theserequirements apply specifically to single-stage PFC power supply, and the design of ahigh-voltage output driver power. Detailed analysis of the main components of the selectionmethod, such as the power MOS output rectiifers, especially high frequency transformerdesign process and technical requirements.(3) analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of theprogram of non-electrolytic capacitor published at home and abroad, proposed animplementation of a simple, low-cost electrolytic capacitors programs. For electrolyticcapacitors removed the output twice workers high frequency ripple voltage, the proposed twoworkarounds. Respectively, the theoretical analysis of the two methods, theoretical rationalityFinally, the simulation software. Finally, based on the theoretical analysis of the previous twochapters, making a80W single-stage PFC lfyback LED driver power supply, the powersupply output voltage200V,output current of0.4A,output twice the power frequency ripplevoltage of8V. The improved drive power can basically meet the technical requirements of theLED lamp beads drive power to verify the theory of rationality.
