LLC resonant converter can not only satisfy the requirements of high frequency, but alsorealize high conversion efficiency. it has been a large number of applications in the AC/DCcommunication power industry. However, LLC converter can’t obtain optimum conversionefficiency, when the input voltage range is wide. Such as the secondary power source. So weneed convert the wide range of input voltage into a stable voltage as the input of the LLCresonant converter. In this paper, simple and efficient Buck circuit is this regulator circuit.LLC resonant converter can realize Power converter’s ZVS in wide input and full loadrange for Primary switehes, and easy to achieve ZCS for secondary rectifier diodes, lowswitehing loss, high effieieney, has been a focus in the field of Power eleetronies. This paperanalyzes the working principle of LLC resonant converter in various switching frequencyrange. building the LLC resonant converter`s small signal model according to the equivalentcircuit model, and giving the detail steps and methods on designing the parameters of LLCresonant converter.Buck-LLC resonant full bridge two-stage converter can achieve high efficiency in a widerange of voltage input. LLC resonant converter use a stationary duty cycle of0.5as an openloop control. the Buck converter can adjust its duty cycle to control the DC bus voltage as anclosed loop control. LLC resonant converter operates in the vicinity of the optimum operatingpoint, so it can achieve efficiency optimization.Digital control technology can simplify the circuit design, and is easy to implementsystem updates upgrade. ADP1053is a specialized digital power controller launched byAnalog Devices inc.Finally, the paper designed a communication secondary power. the results verified thecorectness of theoretical analysis and the Rationality of design method by experimentalwaveforms and data analysis.
