With the development of the road design, landscape elements become increasinglyimportant. A new issue of motorists driving demand for road design to improve the drivingenvironment to improve driving conditions. In this paper, first, author explores the physiological through the driver’s vision, vision, color sense, the reaction Characteristics of the driver’s physiological characteristics andpsychological characteristics of the driver by using multi-channel physiological recorder, recording six major physiological responses, and five minor physiological changes themethod of analysis of the driver’s psychological characteristics, which basis on domestic andforeign research and design experience to draw the psychological characteristics to arrive atthe factors that affect the driver and road conditions and driving in a typical environment ofthe driver’s emotional impact. Then, author analyzes and discusses the evaluation of domestic and foreign roadlandscape school and their respective characteristics and ideas as well as the development oflandscape evaluation, and investigates the current road landscape evaluation methods: Delphi,The Analytical Hierarchy Process,Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, which areanalyzed the pros and cons, and then put forward a new landscape evaluationmethod——Multi-level fuzzy evaluation method based on3S technology and AHPmathematical, and then author describes the Concrete steps of the method.Final, Based on the above pilot psychological characteristics, physiological characteristicsand road conclusions comprehensive evaluation method on road landscape evaluation factors, such as the composition of the weight set Method, from line selection of the road to theembankment, tunnels, bridges, interchanges, roads, ancillary facilities and other roadstructures within the scope of the design elements of the landscape design principles andspecific measures, author explores the way for the design of macro-and micro-elements andelements of landscape elements designed to achieve coordination with the surrounding environment.
