The traditional ultrasonic biological crushing device was adapted from ultrasoniccleaning power, with low accurate outputs and complex circuit structure. In order to gain thebest output frequency, the group-compared test is needed. This paper was on the backgroundof ultrasonic extraction, aiming at the shortage of existing solutions. The paper, combiningwith protein detection, upper computer communication, D/A conversion, Database storageand other technologies, provided the design of ultrasonic biological treatment device.The research content mainly includes the following aspects:(1) introduced the principleof ultrasonic biological treatment system, and provided the overall design.(2) Ultrasonicpower adopts full bridge structure, outputting the inverter driving signal, frequency tracking,protect circuit design and parameters calculation.(3) Design the singlechip as the core circuit,and realize precise control of output frequency, protein concentration signal acquisition andtransmission, serial communication.(4) Protein detection circuit uses ultraviolet tube as itscore. The traditional scheme,adopting the structure of single sensor, was easily affected bythe uneven distribution of protein solution and impurities. This experiment adopts theultraviolet sensor array form, collects concentration signal on the reaction groove, and finallygets the relationship between protein concentration and voltage through the judgment ofvalidity and the average operation.(5) The PC module was written by VC++, realizatingconcentration signal graphical display, data concentration, concentration change rate curvecalculation. The traditional optimal scheme adopts multiple comparison, the whole system iscomposed of multiple power supply. This experiment adopts single groove structure, vibrationplate adhesion vibrators, and realizes switching load unit through the power switch.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional one, ultrasonicbiological treatment device based on new scheme has obvious advantages. By using the DDSchip, this device can accurately control the output frequency and simplify the circuit structure.The ultraviolet sensor array improves the reliability of the concentration data, avoiding theexperimental errors by one channel signal. By calculating the change curve of concentrationrate, the best output frequency is obtained. The system structure is simple and easy toimplement, with engineering application value.
