Now the tag is widely used in the manufacturing, however the installation of taghas not been mechanized and its cost has not been cut down. Although themechanization knotting technique is currently hot and difficult point in the researchabout knotting tag, its result not only will lay the foundation for the intelligentinstallation of tag, but also can be widely applied to other fields.On the basis of full understanding of domestic and international knotter research,the thesis presents the design plan and the time sequence of tag knotter. According totop-down theory, three-dimensional assembly model of tag knotter was built inSolidworks. Make virtual simulation in ADAMS to get the kinetic characteristic curvesof feeding line mechanism, line mechanism, pulling line mechanism, adjusting linemechanism and knotting mechanism. In addition, do some analysis on the curves above.Finally, according to the theory of finite element method and fatigue damage, a staticanalysis and a fatigue analysis were made in the simulation software. The resultsshowed that the design satisfy the life expectation requirements. |
