| As it is a key point to improve the automatization and integration and intelligentizing level of electro-hydrauilc proportional control system, and nowadays electro-hydraulic proportional system controller has different defect. The research on programmable electro-hydraulic proportional system controller is very meaningful.In this dissertation, on the basis of analyzing electro-hydraulic proportional system and electro-hydraulic proportional system controller, a kind of integrated programmable electro-hydraulic proportional system controller has been established. It has designd hardware system and integrated development environment and function libraries in order to accomplish the programmable function.The main contents of each chapter are as follows:In the first chapter, a brief introduction of electro-hydraulic proportional system and electro-hydraulic proportional system controller has been made, and the domestic and international development status of electro-hydraulic proportional system controller has been described, and the significance of developing electro-hydraulic proportional system controller has been discussed, then the research work in this dissertation is emphasized.In the second chapter, the overall scheme of programmable electro-hydraulic proportional system controller has been presented. On the basis of analying the requirements of hardware system, the function of hardware system has been defined. Around the implementation of programmable function, intergrated development enviroment and function library and their concrete implementation have been presented.In the third chapter, the overall structure of hardware system has been presented. The function of each module has been introduced. Proportion electro-magnet control module has been analyzed in detail, and its realization in FPGA has been expounded. The effect of output current of proportion electro-magnet control module by the frequency of PWM has been analysed, and verified by some tests. In the fourth chapter, many key technologies of software system has been researched and accomplished:cross compiling, project tools products, serial download, the function library of electro-hydrauilc proportional control system.The the fifth chapter, experimentation has been carried to test the performance of open-loop control and close-loop control of proportion electro-magnet control module.The main conclusions and achievements are summarized in the last chapter, and the further research work is put forward. |
