In recent years, applied technology of high-power full-controlled powerconverter become more mature, high-power mining sets and transportationequipments are applied widely, so the demand of high-power switching power supplyis increasing greatly. However, due to the special mining space and unique coal bedtexture, the coal mine environment is bad, supply network structure is complex, andpower supply load is various, so high performances of high-power switching powersupply is required. Aiming at the unique environment in underground coal mine,combined with the problem of high-power switching power supply of measurableoutputs and unmeasurable load disturbance, an adaptive inferential control scheme isproposed.The present situation of high-power switching power supply is summarized,future development trend is analyzed, and control technology have been described,then the design philosophy is proposed. Through the comparison of several kinds oftypical topology structure, a ZVZCS soft-switching circuit using two diodes in serieswith the lagging leg is selected, and the topology of6operating mode in a half weekare analyzed. According to the theoretical calculation, some parameters of importantcomponents in circuit are gained, combined with experience to select, IGBT powerswitches are selected to design power main circuit, the high frequency transformer isadopted, and a full wave rectification circuit is used to transmit power. The smallsignal model of a phase-shifted full-bridge ZVZCS converter is established, then thecontrol-output transfer function is obtained, after adaptive control is integrated withinference control, adaptive inferential control scheme is proposed, which can dealwith the difficult problem of establishing model and unmeasurable load disturbance, astable voltage output is acquired.High-power switching power supply system is simulated based on MATLABsimulation platform, related simulation experiments are tried about adaptive PIcontroller, inference controller, and adaptive inferential controller. The simulationresults verify the feasibility of the design: main parameters are reasonable and meetthe design requirements, the design method of adaptive inferential has a good controleffect in terms of anti-jamming performance.
