The Feasibility Study Of The Road B Construction Project In Yue Yang

With the rapid development of social economy and urbanization, City scale isgetting more and more bigger and the urban road network is also improved. On theone hand, the construction of urban roads contributes significantly to the developmentof the local economy and provides great convenience to people’s lives. On the otherhand, China’s urban road construction speed still lags behind the urban sprawl,especially the growth of civilian vehicle. Therefore, we must continue to invest on theurban road construction and plan the urban road layout scientifically. Roadconstruction needs large investment and long construction period, Therefore, we mustconduct a feasibility analysis before for road construction, which is an important partof the preparatory work and the main basis of construction project approval anddecision.Taking the construction of road B in Yue Yang as research object, this paper tryto conduct a feasibility analysis of this project. Firstly, we review the results of thefeasibility study at home and abroad and introduces the paper’s research ideas.Secondly, we introduce the basic situation necessity and the implementationdeveloper of project briefly. Thirdly, we analyze the external environment especiallythe land market environment. Fourthly, in order to clear the project’s cost, we analyzethe financial and investment situation of the project. Finally, we predict the risk of theproject which may be encountered in the implementation process, and we providesome reasonable risk countermeasures. In short, by planning the investment program,studying the engineering and technical feasibility, analyzing the economic benefit andrisk, we propose practical plan and decision to avoid or reduce the blindness ofproject investment and improve the comprehensive benefits of road construction.
