"Oriental Moscow","Oriental Paris", the name given at the time the Far East famous trade city--Harbin is again appropriate nevertheless. In the city landscape architecture and people’s public life, a mixture of rich European style, unique style which is the typical immigration city Chinese and western. The Baroque architecture is the most important historical and cultural value, carrying these, Jingyu street is a precipitation rich culture and long history of hundreds of years of commercial street. In recent years, the development of Jingyu Street attracts more and more attention. However, in today’s protection, exploitation, utilization has many problems. In order to extend the city context, enhance regional activity, under the new cultural inheritance of traditional style of the protection and the era background, this paper tries to explore a development path suited to Jingyu street, achieve all-round rejuvenation.In this paper, according to the logic sequence raise problems, analyze problems and solve problems gradually in-depth studies. First carries on the analysis to the domestic and foreign commercial pedestrian street and the historical block protection case, summarizes the experience and lessons, and to domestic and international protection of historic block update mode characteristics of inquiry. Based on field investigation and literature, to explore and select the applicability of Jingyu Street revival mode, and the strategies of solving the problems of the Jingyu street from the perspective of the landscape, to examine and study the new ideas of Renaissance, the relationship between protection and development coordination.
