With the diminishing of the energy, the energy issue who constricts social development has become increasingly prominent. The direct energy consumption and indirect energy consumption is one of the core competitiveness restricting the development of enterprise. As energy consumption in workshop production makes a great percentage of enterprises’, how to research and resolve the energy-saving problem of workshop production is one of the core issues to improve energy efficiency and enhance business efficiency. This text analyses research situation of the flow shop scheduling problem with energy-saving in deeply. It researches flow shop scheduling problem with assembly constraint for energy saving, parallel machine scheduling problem for energy saving, flow shop scheduling problem with a single batch processing machine for energy saving. Then it creates the corresponding energy-saving scheduling model and use hybrid differential evolution algorithm to work out the energy-saving scheduling scheme. The main content of this paper is as follows:(1) The paper explained the background and significance of the research. Summarized the research status of production scheduling especially the flow shop scheduling problem for energy saving. Introduced the inprove method of differential evolution algorithm. Then it investigated the application of differential evolution algorithm in the field of production scheduling. Lastly, it introduced the arrangement of the chapters.(2) For the statistical methods of the enterprise’s energy consumption, analyzed the influence factors of the workshop production. Classified the energy consumption based on the usage of energy in the workshop production work state and constructing mathematics model according to the corresponding section. Then it integrated all the parts to the energy consumption statistical model of workshop production system. This energy saving statistical model provides a theoretical reference to the specific flow shop scheduling with energy consumption.(3) Researching energy efficiency of flow shop scheduling problem with assembly restrain. Based on energy consumption statistical model of workshop, combined with the specific flow shop scheduling problem with assembly restrain, established the flow shop scheduling mathematical model whose optimal object is to minimum the sum of the machining energy consumption, no-load energy consumption, switch machine energy consumption. The model considered about the assembly constraints, process constraints, resource constraints and other constraints.(4) Researching on the energy saving and scheduling problems of parallel machine in flow shop. Based on the statistical model of workshop energy consumption, it analyzed the resource allocation problem in flow shop of parallel machine, establishing the machine energy consumption minimization as the optimization target, energy-saving scheduling model of scheduling operation constraints, resource constraints process as constraint conditions in parallel machine. In metal processing workshop engine plant as an example, using hybrid differential evolution algorithm to find the optimal energy-saving scheduling scheme in the workshop of a certain part in the course of production.(5) Research on flow shop energy-saving scheduling problem with single batch processing machine. According to the theory that solving scheduling scheme in minimum energy dissipation after dividing batch, the mathematic about energy-saving scheduling is established, its optimized target is sum of energy consumption about machine-processing, no-toad and on-off device in workshop, its constraints are machines and process constraint in dividing sub-batch and processor flow scheduling problem. Taking production in flow manufacturing shop as an example, the optimal energy-saving scheduling scheme is solved with hybrid differential algorithm.
