Development and utilization of the renewable biomass-molding fuel to reduce fossil fuel use, has become an important way to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.China has been investing a lot of money,manpower and time,the biomass-molding fuel technology is still not widely promotion and application, the main reason is the high energy consumption,poor quality and Low productivity.In order to reduce the energy consumption of briquette processing and improve its quality,The influencing factors of biomass-molding fuel quality and unit energy consumption must be systems analysis; In order to achieve the production of biomass briquette low-power high-quality,it is necessary according to the characteristics of Chinese biomass regional distribution, seasonal production of improved design of a biomass-molding fuel processing machinery, and ultimately achieve further promotion and application of molding fuel.When the analysis about the influence of the biomass-molding fuel quality and unit energy consumption factor, comparative analysis is adopted。 Through the comparative analysis of different forming device and different forming processes, adoption of open molding hydraulic piston machine adopts cold press molding process (room temperature) of fuel is more appropriate. Also analyzed the factors such as moisture content, granularity of raw materials, feed rate influence on molding.Contrast to the molding pressure and holding time analysis, we found that both of the above affecl energy consumption and quality depends on the parameters of the mold. Mathematical statistical analysis method was used to Optimization of molding parameters.The orthogonal experiment analyse are carried to the molding parameters of hydraulic briquetting machine with the theory of mathematical statistics. The result of orthogonal experiment shows that the optimal combination of molding parameters in certain range is cone Angle6°, diameter70mm and length225mm.On the basis of the foregoing analysis, a equipment was designed which is used to process biomass-molding fuel.When the equipment is designed, according to China’s national conditions, Equipment is designed to be small size, light quality so as to easy to transport. Then, the key parts are simulated using ANSYS software to analysis the parameters of the design of the parts were revised, to ensure its rationality. After theoretical estimation the energy consumptionof of biomass-molding fuel,the results show that the energy consumption down to47.48Kw per ton. Thus it can be seen that the machine is not only in accordance with China’s national conditions but also Production of low energy consumption. To a certain degree, the machine will further promote the popularization and application of biomass-molding fuel in china.
