| The empty car distribution, being the main part of the railway transportation plan, is animportant means to realize effective distribution of the railway wagons resource, to insurerailway proportion transportation, to increase the rate of railway wagons and to maketransportation produetion in order. In recent years, with the rapid development of the nationaleconomy, the demand for railway freight increased significantly.To those railway enterprises,it now becomes a big problem which attracts more and more attention to find out how toincrease the efficiency of the empty car and the competition ability of railway intransportation market, which is aim of railway market-oriented reform.Affected by too muchsubjective and objective factors, empty ear distribution problem has not been solvedthoroughly on both theory and practice, which remains an important theoretical and practicalresearch task.This paper studies on the optimizing program of empty car distribution, plentifully usesthe former results for reference, considers substitution of car types and empty car flow routineselected decision factors, combines qualitative analysis with quantitative computing, usessystematic and scientific methods to construct a mathematical programming model, integratestheoretic such as operational research, optimization and computer simulation, etc, realizesempty car distribution and running path’s comprehensive optimization with substitution of cartypes. The chief contents include:Firstly, after analyzing the sources of empty car, the causes and characteristics of emptycar distribution, it point out the core problem of empty car distribution, and combined withthe principles and methods of empty car distribution, collecting the basic information ofempty car distribution, conclude the basic mode of operation and procedures of empty cardistribution, which provides a theoretical base to the research on empty car distributionoptimization model.Secondly, the paper emphatically analyzes empty car distribution traditional optimizationmodels, which include single-type of empty car distribution optimization model〠multi-typesof empty car distribution optimization model and substitution of car types of empty cardistribution optimization model, it point out the deficiencies and limitations of theoptimization models. Comprehensive consideration on a variety of factors of empty cardistribution, the relative running cost and substitution cost of car type are brought into theobjective system together, fully considers the characteristics of China’s railway transportationpractice traffic flow running tree pathway, constructs railway empty car distribution and pathoptimization model with substitution of car types, and based on this model, aiming atrestriction of passing capacity, and then empty car distribution optimization model with restriction of passing capacity is established, which makes the empty car distribution betterapplicable with the actual situation of railway transportation.Finally, aiming at this paper’s models and algorithm, combined with LINGO hassuperiority in solving the integer linear programming problem, it designs a calculationexample at the background of the railway network has16stations and28routes,comprehensive optimization on empty car distribution of four car types and empty car flowrunning path in the railway network, which include capacity constraints and no capacityconstraints, acquires the empty car distribution’s quantities of different car types, and find outthe route through which the empty cars get to the stations which need some empty cars.Meanwhile, comparative analysis the empty car distribution results in both cases; find out theregular pattern, which is part of empty car flow can bypass to make full use of the capacity inthe road network’s various sections under the condition of restriction of passing capacity, thus,it prove that the models are feasible and practical by the practical calculation example. |
