This article first briefly introduces the research status at home and abroad in thepermafrost aspects, especially dynamic load research. Through the introduction of frozen soilcharacteristics we can see that: the frozen soil have rheological properties. So, the pilefoundation in permafrost region inevitably influenced by the rheological properties of frozensoil. So, if we still use the soil elastoplastic theory to calculate the settlement and stress of thepile foundation in the permafrost regions, then the accuracy of the results is significantlyimpaired. Therefore, when we design and analysis of pile foundations in the permafrostregions, we must consider the impact of the rheological properties of the frozen soil. Only sothe pile foundation design is safe and reasonable. This article is based on the frozen soil have rheological properties, and to study its effectto the pile foundation settlement, the axial force and pile side freezing force. The researchmethod: mainly through the indoor concrete single pile model experiments to analyze the pilefoundation mechanical characteristics under different experimental conditions (differentexperimental temperature, different load amplitude and frequency). By comparing the resultsobtained under different experimental conditions, we find that the axial force of the pile, thepile side freeze force, the displacement of the top of the pile and the pile end settlement aredifferent. But they have something in common, namely with the change of time, the trend oftheir development are same, and according to its development trends we can see that: At somepoint, the settlement of pile foundation will tend to be stable, that is no longer increases withthe change of time.We also find that we can use Logarithmic Function to describe therelationship between the time and the pile foundation settlement. With the different conditionof the experiment, the different of the times of Multiple polynomial. According to thegraph,we find the axial force and the pile side freeze force changes over time is more complex. So it is difficult to get the universal application of the equation, or even impossible. So weonly simply describe the trend of the axial force, the side freeze force and the displacement ofthe top of the pile. But this paper has its meanings. We hope it can provide some reference forfuture researchers, we also hope that when the engineering workers design the pile foundationin the permafrost regions can take into account the rheological properties of the frozen soil. Finally, through the ansys finite element software to simulate the pile foundation. Andthen compare the results of numerical simulation and the indoor experiment, in order to verifythe accuracy of the results of the experiment.
