In recent years, with the development of city modernization ceaselessly, the rapid development ofeconomy, the improvement of people’s living standard, city population pressure increasing, theunderground structure has increasingly become the effective structure of city population and alleviatetraffic pressure.Foundation pit engineering is one of hot and difficult problems in geotechnical engineeringfield, how to effectively control the deformation of foundation pit, the pit is safe and economic, people havebeen exploring the subject.How to effectively control deformation of foundation pit is an important factorthat influences the safety of foundation pit.After reading a lot of domestic related literature, the basis ofprevious research results, this paper takes Zhengzhou section of Metro Line6, Ma Lou station constructionperiod of starting well deep foundation pit construction as the background, combined with the experienceand characteristics of subway construction in other regions of the former, the deep foundation pitsupporting structure of row of piles and the action principle, at the same time, the finite element programANSYS integrity were simulated with the excavation starting well deep foundation pit and supportingprocess,Specifically: a review of the development history of deep foundation pit engineering; expounds inrecent years the development of Metro Construction in our country situation; introduces the application ofthe theoretical system of supporting structure of deep foundation pit, laid the theoretical foundation ofsupport design for deep foundation pit excavation.The systematic analysis of the design of foundation pitretaining structure analysis theory, the earth pressure theory research in deep foundation pit engineering,introduces the structure of the selection, application and development of monitoring program and the finiteelement analysis method in deep foundation pit.A section of Zhengzhou Metro Line1before the construction of the deep foundation pit constructionwork well as background, according to the experience of Metro Construction in Zhengzhou area and thespecific geological exploration data, choose the bored pile with steel bracing structure, reasonable divisionof the construction of deep foundation pit excavation working order process, reasonable the calculation ofthe deep foundation pit excavation process in all conditions of internal force and displacement ofsupporting structure of a deformation value. The calculation results show that the supporting structure of deep excavation in deformation can meet the standard of internal force and displacement in the process offoundation pit excavation.Introduces the research status of the large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS, theconstruction period of starting well deep foundation pit engineering bid6section of line1of ZhengzhouMetro before combination, the establishment of ANSYS model, introduces the excavation of deepfoundation pit in the process of selecting unit, model, parameters, boundary conditions.Combined with theconstruction of each step excavation, a comprehensive analysis and study of the process of this constructionin each case. The main starting well around foundation pit under different working conditions of supportingpile lateral calculation, foundation settlement, and the calculation results of Lizheng deep foundation pitsoftware with monitoring results of actual project contrast, proves the correctness of the model and therationality of the parameters.Through the calculation of retaining structure of deep foundation pit excavation and constructionprocess and simulation, the variation process of foundation pit supporting structure deformation, groundsettlement development around the foundation pit excavation, compares the results from simulation andmonitoring data shows that the branch in the actual excavation is to meet the design requirements in theprocess of excavation of deep foundation pit supporting structure. At the same time, to provide someexperience and reference value simulation process and results of this paper also for deep foundation pitexcavation structure of the same type.
