Mechanism And Construction Of Composite Soil Nailing Support

Deep foundation pit supporting engineering is a comprehensive system project. With the rapid development of economy, deep foundation pit supporting engineering is widely used in modern engineering construction.At the same time, many experts and scholars on the theory research of that is also increasing. However, the contents of their studying tend to design theory of deep foundation pit. The aspect of the research on deep foundation pit support construction is less. In this paper, relying on the Zhuhai Museum and Exhibition Hall foundation pit supporting project, it studies deeply the construction method and technology of the foundation pit supporting project. Therefore, the article can guide the construction and rich the research about construction of foundation pit supporting engineering focusing on the construction method of foundation pit supporting engineering. The main researches in this paper are as follows:(1) Based on the deep foundation pit engineering literature at the present stage, it summaries that at on the stage the articles on foundation pit supporting are focusing on two aspects. They are the researches on both the structure design and the deformation of foundation pit project. However, the composite soil nailing is now the most used in the research of the foundation pit project. It includes the researches of design, construction, deformation and action mechanism. This article illustrates its design, construction, the deformation mechanism and complementary relationship based on the study of composite soil nailing. And it discusses the present that more research are on the design but less on the construction,which states the discussion of deep foundation pit construction, especially the researching content of the composite soil nailing construction in details;(2) This paper studies the contents of deep foundation pit supporting engineering, sums up its classification, and states its characteristic. At the same time, this paper introduces the current types of deep foundation pit supporting engineering, such as gravity retaining wall. In details, it expounds the scope of application, construction characteristics and shortcomings, and the main points of construction technology about the prestressed anchor and soil nailing;(3) In this current, the composite soil nailing form varies as the foundation pit engineering requirement. The paper by combining the Zhuhai Museum and Planning Exhibition Hall foundation pit supporting project introduces the prestressed anchor composite soil nailing with the combination of the cement-soil mixing pile and the micro steel tube firstly. Secondly, the application scope, the construction, and its characteristics are stated in this paper. Thirdly, according to the statement of stresses including prestressed anchor, soil nail and the soil, three successively problem, the paper detailed summarizes the deformation theory of this type. More important is the paper expounds on different content of the construction process and key points for attention of the Zhuhai Museum and Exhibition Hall of foundation pit. Lastly, in this paper it summarizes the construction of the Zhuhai Museum and Planning Exhibition Hall foundation pit, which is applied to engineering practice and has the guidance value.
