The infrastructure construction developed fast in China recently. At the same time, some problems should not be underestimated because geological conditions are complicated in China. About two thirds are mountain terrain, in which geological structures are getting more complex and terrain are changing more obvious, especially in Southwest area. Under those objective conditions, it is necessary to build a large scale of engineering, for example hydropower, highway, railway, mining and excavation of rock, etc. However, these engineering works are inevitable. The outcome will form a large number of slope engineering and then the choice of countermeasures of retaining wall protection are vital.As a new type of retaining structure, pre-stressed anchor sheet-pile retaining wall has been widely applied in recent years. It has some advantages such as high supporting height, low engineering cost, less land resource utilization. Meanwhile, pre-stressed anchor sheet-pile retaining wall has the characteristics of complex structure and uncertain loading mechanism and so on. Although there have been many examples of engineering applications, no practical design analysis methods have been formed due to lack of systematic summary. There are not any systematic research and summary to structural disease and countermeasures when they are in use.In view of the above problems, Shuima route K84was select as a object of study in Yunnan region. Several aspects of research were made as following:1) Combine with present slope retaining methods, main characteristics and problems of pre-stressed anchor sheet-pile retaining wall were summarized.2) According to engineering cases and exploration, measurement data from tests, the principle of interaction among each structure in pre-stressed anchor sheet-pile retaining wall was studied. The rule of each working condition pile body displacement, filling pressure and tension change of pre-stressed anchor were researched at the same time.3) Base on the result from tests, the bending moment of each working condition is calculated according to the calculation method of elastic pile. Testing results and calculations data will be compared and analysis.4) After completion of supporting structure construction, the FLAC3D numerical simulations were made and further structure stress mechanism will be proved. Experiment results and field test results will be compared and reliability of engineering test will be verified as well.5) According to the calculation method of design is presented in this paper, analysis of the damaged site, clear failure cause disease site, provides the reference for the majority of construction workers。...
