Detection and parameter estimation of asynchronous motor’s vector control is playing a key role in frequency control of motor speed performance,has a large number of literature were discussed in this paper.Face different methods is obviously necessary to comb and validation,in order to meet the requirements of application in practical project.In this paper,by using the computer simulation to analysis and research the method for test and parameter estimation,discuss and verify the various error of detection and its reasons,compare the advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms,to determine the detection and parameter estimation method,The relevant software and hardware were designed.Flux detection is the key of asynchronous motor’s field-oriented vector control. Corresponding simulation model is presented in this paper,by changing the parameters of the simulation model to analyze the error of methods which voltage model and current model and the influence of rotating speed,the advantages of mixed measurement model method is verified,determined the flux detection method that should be adopted in the vector control system.Speed detection that have no sensor is based on the mathematical model of asynchronous motor through detecting motor stator voltages and currents.In this paper, the rotational speed of the computer simulation is adopted to direct calculation method and model reference adaptive method has carried on the analysis and research, to get a clear conclusion:in a variety of direct calculation algorithm, only motor flux linkage as the denominator of the algorithm can be applied;In model reference adaptive method, the model based on fiux linkage was used to construct the identification algorithm performance is stable,accurate with the rotational speed based on emf model reference adaptive method is not delirable.Also confirmed the imoortance of motor parameters in speed detection.It is to obtain accurate motor parameters on flux detection and speed detection. In order to solve the parameters self learning problems when motor’s vector control under the static condition,this paper adopts the least square method for motor parameter estimation are studied,using inverter output of single pulse method is proposed to identify the motor parameters,built the mathematical model of induction motor parameter estimation and simulation model of least squares parameter identification,the results show that the proposed parameter estimation method has good convergence and accuracy,it laid a good foundation for design software of parameters self learning for motor variable frequency speed control system.Detection and parameter estimation of vector control must be on the premise of detection circuit of the motor.This paper designs the analog detection circuit,voltage detected signal,current detection signal and temperature detection signal are into digital signal processor’s pin which A/D conversion,and modulus conversion processing, design the corresponding modulus conversion algorithm.In order to ensure asynchronous motor that is on reliable and stable running, analyzed the possible faults of asynchronous motor’s vector control system,and design the relevant hardware circuits of fault detection and fault troubleshooting.
