| Classroom is the major site for the teachers and students in the university, at thesame time students spend more than50%of their time in the classroom, so it is importantfor the health of teachers and students that the indoor environment quality is studied andthe indoor air environment is improved. In this paper, taking into account of the advantage of classroom in winter, which thepersonnel density is big and the windows and doors are closed, the influence of indoorenvironment quality in different types of the classroom to the students are assessed. Themeasure items included temperature, humidity, noise, illumination and inhalable particles. The indoor environment quality of the classroom was evaluated through thequestionnaire and the improving measures are proposed. The indoor environment qualityof summer and transition season was compared with each other.Through the study of this article, the conclusions were as follows:1. The average temperature was between12.9℃to18.0℃, and the average relativehumidity was between44.1%to56.0%in winter. The indoor temperature fluctuationincreased with the increase of temperature, the humidity fluctuation decreased with theincrease of average humidity. The students`satisfaction of thermal comfortable washighest in transition season and lowest in winter. The preferred operative temperature ofgirls was higher than boys`and the south group was higher than the north group`s. Andthe theoretical value of the thermal comfort index was different with the the actual value.2. The average desktop illumination of75%of the classrooms was up to standardregulated300lx. The average desktop illumination of all classrooms was169.4lx at night.50.5%of students want brighter, so it declared that the indoor illumination should beimproved. The perception of visual environment related to the desktop illumination leveland the indoor/outdoor luminance contrast. The neutral illuminance value was142.5lxand the expected illuminance value was507.5lx.3. The average noise level of80%of the classrooms exceeded the standard regulated lowest allowable noise level. The average noise level in class was15.6dB(A)higher than it in self-study class, and the average noise level in summer self-study classwas7dB(A) higher than it in winter self-study class. The background noise level ofclassrooms which are near the traffic artery and no tall objects shielded was9.1dB(A)~13.8dB(A) higher than other classrooms.57.6%of students consideredslightly vexed. The acoustic comfortable threshold of the classrooms was47.66dB(A).4. The inhalable particles number concentration of the classrooms was highest inladder classroom and lowest in small classroom. The indoor air quality was positivecorrelation with the ventilation degree of doors and windows. The subjective symptomrelated to the indoor air quality and indoor air temperature. The classroom environmentcomprehensive disapproval rating formula was calculated. |
