Rational urban layout is conducive to the reasonable use of the city’s natural and social resources, which make society costs greatly reduce. It also can enhance the capacity of resources and eco-efficiency of the city, and help to promote the sustainable development of urban ecology and economy. Planning can not only improve people’s quality of life and convenience, but also can improve the modern industrial flow capacity of the entire city, and modern ecological city is livable cities which can be built into an existing industrial. The entire city achieves virtuous circle through scientific and rational urban landscape pattern. A reasonable city landscape pattern reflects a city window of the economic development and social prosperity, so it has a very important practical significance that study of urban landscape pattern function, humanities, and the future development of reasonableness.Traditional urban landscape pattern rationality is mainly based on landscape indices and micro-based landscape indices, which makes remote sensing image as the main material, which is lack of consideration of the economic, cultural, environmental and political aspects of the city. So it has some limitations which used landscape indices to analysis urban landscape pattern. In order to better evaluate the rationality of urban landscape pattern, it makes the combination of landscape index method, macro-eco-efficiency and environmental capacity, and human factors, social factors, it puts forward a set of comprehensive index system pattern recognition methods of landscape pattern reasonableness, to analysis reasonableness of landscape pattern from more aspects.The study is expected to propose a common pattern recognition method of landscape pattern reasonableness. In order to better illustrate the method, it makes example of the port city of Fangchenggang. This study mainly uses the capacity of the environment, eco-efficiency, landscape indices and a combination of the front and other factors comprehensive evaluation. These four types of methods are used to judgment the reasonableness of the urban landscape pattern. The main purpose is to overall reaction landscape pattern reasonable comprehensive evaluation pattern recognition, which combined part of the evaluation of the pattern recognition approach. Finally, on the theoretical basis of the study, it combined with a MySQL database and C#to develop a windows platform pattern recognition system.According to the specific implementation of the study process, it based on the theory of landscape ecology, it is used of3S technical analysis basic image and use Matlab to handle all kinds of numerical calculation. The last, it researches and develops landscape pattern reasonable pattern recognition system on the.Net platform in the combination of the previous theoretical. The specific research steps include the following.(1) The use of GIS technology to study city of Fangchenggang TM remote sensing image preprocessing and classification. On the basis of the classification data, the calculated landscape indices use Fragstats Software. It should select a representative plaque area index, landscape diversity index and evenness index, dominance index, plaque shape index of particle size analysis, landscape patch density, landscape elements plaque density and landscape separation index of landscape indices. In addition, the use of these landscape indices analyse the spatial characteristics of the landscape pattern in Fangchenggang City. It can react the city rationality of the landscape pattern.(2) It mainly uses a single method to assess the reasonable of urban landscape pattern. Through the calculations of Fangchenggang environmental capacity, carrying capacity of resources and eco-efficiency, it overall analyse the landscape pattern of Fangchenggang in the subjective aspect. The representative landscape indices have been selected by normalized entropy computing processing in this study, to reaction rationality of the urban landscape pattern. The results shows that, carrying capacity of resources decreases first in the year of2006,2008,2010and then it rises; environmental capacity shows a slow downward trend; eco-efficiency is lower. Which shows that the industry and other aspects of the study area has irrational allocation. With the passage of time, the landscape indices derive from the level of plaque, six land type changes in the larger, urban expansion more frequently. The landscape indices derive from the analysis of the landscape level, the other four types of low levels of plaque rule change more frequently in addition to grass and waters. It is moderate clustering situation, especially, arable land compares to gather. Some landscape indices have a change in the volatility characteristics.(3) The combination economic feasibility, social acceptability indicators of the Fangchenggang environmental capacity, which has carried capacity of resources, eco-efficiency and landscape indices ecological rationality. It uses the method of mathematical modeling PSR to comprehensive evaluate quantitative and subjective of Fangchenggang landscape pattern rationality. It builds a comprehensive evaluation index system of urban landscape pattern. It reflects reasonable to the Fangchenggang landscape pattern by specific quantitative indicators. Eventually, it calculates the value of the comprehensive index evaluation is0.4475,0.5051,0.6030in the year of2006,2008and2010. Reference to the evaluation form, comprehensive evaluation value is from0.35to0.45in2006, which indicates that urban landscape planning and inadequate. While comprehensive evaluation values are between0.45to0.65in2008,2010, which indicates that the urban landscape planning is more reasonable.(4) Combined with the previous theoretical research to develop a reasonable landscape pattern based on windows platform pattern recognition system. The system is based on.Net technology, C#development operator interface and algorithms. It uses a MySQL database provided some of the database server. It uses.Net interface of the MySQL to connect the database to through this B/S architecture. It can be distributed using the evaluation system, at the same time, the data also can be centrally managed, which can ensure the security of the data, and also can ensure the scalability of the system.So, through the study of the above points, it isn’t only investigates the reasonableness of the urban landscape pattern recognition in theory, but also develops a landscape pattern and reasonable pattern recognition software. It makes further study in the application, so it has the research significance of reality.
