With the shortage of energy and the growing pollution of the environment, it isnecessary to develop new energy-saving cars. The new hybrid cars can not only ensurethe mileage, but also reduce the pollution of the environment, thus become the mainfuture direction of automobile industry. The new fractional order control mode basedon PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine) is the key technology of hybridcars driving motor control field, so it is of great research significance and applicationvalue.The definition and related properties of fractional calculus are researched, thedefinition and scope of application of different fractional calculus concepts are analyzed,selects Caputo fractional calculus definition which is suitable for Laplace transform.The principle of time and frequency domain is analyzed and used to solve the integerand fractional order differential in both single and multiple expressions of the chaossystem, the result proves that it is effective to solving the fractional calculus. Thestructures of integer and fractional PID controller are analyzed, the parameter selectionscope and setting method are studied, the principle and function of PID (ProportionIntegration Differentiation) are also analyzed. The hardware test platform is connectedby driver board, PMSM, hysteresis dynamometer and motor test system. SVPWMSpace Vector Pulse Width Modulation) is selected to drive the motor, hall sensors andthe corresponding algorithm is selected to detect rotor position and calculate speed,fractionalPI D is selected to control the motor.Simulation and the system test are connected to test the system property. In thesimulation test, not only complete the open and closed loop system of DC (DirectCurrent) motor, but also complete the system of PMSM. In the system test, the motor iscontrolled by the driver board and fractional PI D, the test results are exported andanalyzed by the motor test system. Through the test report, all meet the systemindicators, if the system is controlled by the fractional PI D controller, the responsetime is shorter, and the system has closer following speed, it has better stability and robustness.
