With the advent of the electronic information age,people are becoming more andmore depending on electric energy. But sometimes due to the influence of variousuncertain factors,the power supply will not be stable and the quality of the power ispoor.So we came up the idea of designing a three-phase energy-storage andenergy-invertion system with low harmonic, high power factor and high outputefficiency.This system can work flexibly according to our real needs:charging the batterywhen electric energy is sufficient,or translate the energy from the battery to the powergrid in the form of AC when the power shortage or power failure happen. Firstly,athree-phase half-bridge topology of six switch was chooseed for the VSC system in thispaper,the system’s principle of operating in four quadrant was analysed,the vectorrelatiions of working in both energy-storage way and energy-invertion way with unitpower factor was get,the attention was focused on the commutation mode of current inboth energy-storage and energy-invertion state.Two feedforward decoupling controlstrategy were got differ in energy-storage and energy-invertion within d-q rotationalcoordinate based on knowing three kinds of coordinate transformation. And then thebasic principle of space vector technique and the synthesis method of space voltagevector were introduced,at the same time the theory of judging sector by computing thephase and the equation for calculating the time of different vector was gived,so thePWM waves of diffent vector were clear.Finally,with the help of Matlabsoftware,simulation of the system was successful did with needed datas andwaveforms.TI’s TMS320F2812was choosed as the control chip based on thesimulation experiments and actual needs and then a experimental prototype was setup.While debuging in the CCS platform,the system’s function was completed andtested.The experimental results show that:Under the rated power of7800W,the outputvoltage of the system stay620VDC, the power factor close to1,and the harmonic ofcurrent stay less than1.5%when the system working in energy-storage state. Also grid steadily with harmonic less than2%and power factor close to1when working inenergy-invertion state.And it can be switched in both energy-storage andenergy-invertion state,efficiency is above94%.Therefore when used in smart grid,it caneffectively reduce the pollution of harmonic,improve power quality,regulate the powersupply,ensure the stability of power system.
