The Application Of Shanxi Traditional House Window Arts In Contemporary Furnishings

This paper taking the application for contemporary furnishings of the traditional folk House window art in Shanxi province for the research object.Traditional vernacular dwellings of Shanxi province is one of the typical Han folk House in North China. Shanxi merchants strong economic strength, created a magnificent and elegant historical traditional houses, also made a rich and gorgeous traditional dwelling window decoration art in Shanxi.This topics from decoration pattern, and decoration patterns, and decoration creation practices, aspects departure, to field visit, and map and historical phase combined, systematically analysed the main content and forms of Shanxi traditional window ornaments art, and combined contemporary indoor decoration and furniture styling design in the traditional window ornaments art form, in-depth discussed the Shanxi traditional houses window ornaments art, more research the practice and application of Shanxi traditional houses window ornaments art in contemporary indoor decoration.This article is divided into two parts. The first part, words about my graduation design selection and implementation of programmes;The second part, focuses on the graduation design related topics of theoretical reflection and interpretation. Personal opinion in this article from field trips concerned on the one hand, and practice of creative design work, on the other hand refer to the works of classic and contemporary interior design related books, tried to explain the details, combined with their own creative instances, attempted to summarize the rules to guide practice.
