In recent years, with the rapid advance of city development in our country, many hilly terrain above cities or towns significant deterioration in ecological environment, urban landscape features are destroyed, it has to do with our construction of livable cities, construction of ecological civilization society development goals, and hilly urban green space system in improving urban ecological environment, regulating urban climate, beautifying city landscape, building, city characteristics, improve the quality of urban environment and provide recreational places play an extremely important role. Therefore, hilly urban green space system research has important significance.Urban green space system is built-up areas or in urban planning area, natural and artificial vegetation exists as the main form of urban ecology, landscape and residents’ leisure life has a positive effect of all types and sizes with the composition of green space stability and durability of the green patch and corridor system.Qingdao city as a typical hilly city in our country, its green space system in undulating terrain to organize and formed it with urban architecture, embraced the coastal environment, forming a "red green trees, blue sky," the unique city spatial patterns and landscape features.Badaguan region is an important part of Qingdao, a city as Qingdao characteristic area, to the Qingdao city green space system planning and construction has important influence, is also the most can reflect the region Qingdao unique "red green trees, blue sea blue sky" urban landscape features. Research of the green space system planning for the whole of Qingdao city and even the hilly city green space system planning has the certain reference value.In this paper, a typical hilly region-Qingdao badaguan area green space system planning for topic selection, according to the landform and the characteristics of the spatial structure, from a macro level (i.e., road traffic, public green space and green space system planning) and micro level (that is, the person’s visual landscape, the relationship between monomer building and green space system planning) analysis, using the landscape ecology in the patch-gallery-matrix model and the field of environmental psychology, such as privacy theory and concepts, to explore suitable for hilly city natural ecological environment and artificial environment of green space system planning methods and principles.At the macro level, for one, with mountain hilly city, including the ups and downs of the mountains and the unique landform as the base, build multi-level green space system; Second, the protection and use of hilly city, such as mountains, rivers, shape three-dimensional landscape space landscape features; Thirdly, to build on the rugged topography of road network for the urban context, building three-dimensional characteristics of the "green corridor".At the micro level, in the ups and downs, micro topography on the stereoscopic visual landscape; Greening and city construction of form, color photograph reflect, harmonious unity and has the characteristic of city landscape.
