| This paper studies the powertrain matching theory,and the simulation model isestablished for the actual analysis,experimental verification is carried out for the proposedoptimization scheme.A thorough research is made on the mode of development that is pursuitof fuel economy combined with power ability for the current mainstream car.It is not only tomeet the regulatory indicators rigid, but also to meet the demand of driving fun,and itdesigns torque output characteristics based on deep simulation experience on various driverrequirements.The main research results and related conclusions include: the optimaleconomic shift strategy theory and model are established on accelerating curves,which arebased on NEDC test cycles.According to the theoretical model,it can obtain an excellentfuel economy, and the accelerating target model can be established at different acceleratoropening,which makes drivers have very good driving sense of fun.It is put forward that the model of increasing torque output based on growing speed,where the engine can work better under high load and high efficiency interval to improve fuel economy and to enhance highspeed power ability. Through the simulation and actual test,it makes analysis on fuelconsumption contribution under all kind of strategy,and provides a certain guidance for the automotive industry to achieve the third phase of fuel consumption. |
