| With the accelerating pace of economic development, the demand of safety and stability for power supply is higher and higher. But the case and accidents,like the transmission line equipment short-circuit, falling tower, power outages and other external force damage accidents caused by all kinds of illegal behavior, showed a rising trend year by year. The accident also caused not only huge economic losses for power supply enterprise, but also the great threat to the grid safety operation, economic construction and people’s life and property.The specific work of this paper focuses on the comprehensive monitoring and warning system against external forces of transmission line based on RCMS-2monitoring system in Beijing Electric Power Corporation.Firstly this paper introduce the development of new comprehensive monitoring and warning system against external forces of transmission line, the problems now and the development tendency in future. Secondly, this paper presents the characters and integrated design of system. Then this paper introduces the configuration and function of master station system, slave station system, power system, monitoring system (Integrated image and video supervisory slave system, on-line monitoring system against theft, wildfires online monitoring system, tower tilted online monitoring system). Finally, this paper introduce the operational state in Beijing Electric Power Corporation, and summarized the subsistent problems.The design of this paper lies in that the design using distributed structure design of the product, choosing the function according to the actual circumstance of tower and line and every monitoring function device share the slave station system and power system. New devices could be added depends on customer requirements, that could share the existing hardware and software platform. Operating for several months shows this system is steady, reliable and convenient, providing guarantee for safe operation of transmission lines. |
