As electronic components, high density assembly technology unceasingdevelopment, which has the great calorific value has become the bottleneck of thedevelopment of the check and supervision electronic devices. Micro heat exchangetechnology with its heat exchange ability, and the structure of small size, favored by theresearchers and technicans. Based on the experimental method, studied the tandemnetwork rectangular-micro-channel convection heat transfer characteristics. Therectangular-micro-channel convective heat transfer experimental system is designed andon the basis of in-depth understanding of the domestic and international electroniccomponents and micro heat exchanger technology research and application; The tandemnetwork rectangular-micro-channel fluid resistance analysis, write aiming at the systemfluid resistance analysis software; The experimental system for the Numericalsimulation; The experimental system each discrete element to carry on the design,selection, has carried on the experiment platform and data acquisition; Also analyses theexperimental data, and respectively with the theoretical calculation result, the results ofNumerical simulation were compared; Verify the micro heat exchange technologystrong heat exchange ability; This experiment system measured rectangular-micro-channel convection heat exchange system optimal flow rate is0.9m/s; Verify thetandem network rectangular-micro-channel flow resistance theory modified by velocityslip coefficient; To the micro fluid properties is analysed and rectangular-micro-channelNusselt Number less than macroscopic theoretical value.
