The Vehicle industry is at a stage of rapid development in our country. As the global energy increasingly nervous, as well as the increasingly stringent automotive emission regulations, international automobile energy saving and emission reduction has become urgent problems, in particular, transient operation conditions which account for all vehicle operation conditions of40%-70%of the fuel consumption and emissions will be more serious, so the study of energy saving and emission control has important practical significance.This article mainly aimed at the port fuel injection (PFI) engine which is the most on the current market, air-fuel ratio under the condition of transient is studied. By developing the transient oil film compensator of transient operating conditions, so as to realize the transient air-fuel ratio control under the transient condition.Main content includes:First, analyzed the generating mechanism of oil film dynamic effect under transient conditions, and analyzed the result of the air-fuel ratio insufficient, power output hysteresis and the reason for the increased emissions; Then, based on the Elman neural network to identify the fuel oil sediment coefficient and oil film evaporation time constant, the oil film compensating model was established in Simulink and embedded into the mean value model of engine, and then simulation of the model; Then, oil film compensator system framework was established based on the MotoTron platform, also the main components of oil film compensator and ways of working were introduced including the underlying software, input and output part were set, with Mototune calibration flash software and GreenHill compile software to complete the transplantation of the algorithm, and the corresponding calibrating the sensors and actuators, and finally completed the development of the oil film compensator; Finally, the developed oil film compensator was applied to the engine test bench for the experiment of two kinds of transient operating conditions, by collecting the air-fuel ratio and power curve and then analyzed and verified the development of the oil film compensator for the effectiveness of the air-fuel ratio control.
