With the development of science and technology, fixed wing aircraft on fighters, bombers and transport aircraft etc of load testing method has been increasingly mature in the procedure of flight testing. However, the load testing on the dynamic components of high-speed helicopter has not been mature and stable. Because the rotor and tail rotor is the most complex parts of high-speed helicopter has not been mature and stable. Because the rotor and tail rotor is the most complex parts of rotor system dynamic components, the characteristic of high rotation speed, complex characteristics, vibration conditions make strict dynamic balance about the adding structure. Besides the power supplement between movement and static components and data transmission are always difficult problems in the history of helicopter flight test. This article mainly aims at how to access the rotor and the tail loads measured flight test data, in order to gain the safety service life of the helicopter rotor dynamic components, for helicopter rotor system in the flight test, transmission system and development commitments and specify the specifications conform to the degree, check whether it can meet the requirements of design index and the design of a special set of flight test data acquisition system. The key technologies of the flight test system is mainly aim to solve the problems such as power supply and data transmission, the design of this system is a new design, can fundamentally solve the problem of adding other structures on the high-speed rotation such as rotor and tail rotor which may result in the flight testing risk.
