Industry develop rapidly in today’s society, the process of some industrial production sends out a lot of heat, it leads to workshop’s temperature is higher, sometimes workshop’s temperature often as high as40℃, comfort degree of workers reduced. In some workshops of high temperature, worker’s site is fixed relatively, there is no need for the whole workshop to cool, only to individual local work’s site to supply air, in local place causes good air’s environment. Space temperature’s gradient is larger in simple local air supply, resulting in the comfort of operating personnel is bad. The new type of suction-airflow under the cone jet as cooling’s airflow, it overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional local ventilation, not only its function is farther, but also the temperature in control area is relatively uniform.Cone jet under the suction-airflow under the cone jet forms stable blowing and flow field in high temperature workshop. This article uses CFD to simulate the suction-airflow under the cone jet, it simulates the blow-suction flow’s velocity and temperature field, this paper analyzes five kinds of nozzle’s width supple of different air speed influence on the whole flow field, it is concluded that the five kinds of nozzle’s best air supply velocity, and then it simulates five kinds of supply air temperature condition under each nozzle best air supply velocity, it is concluded the conditions conform to the norms of the system type’s local air supply work’s site winter and summer bulk temperature’s requirements, and it analyzes the temperature field. In the course of analysis on part of the conditions drawing chart, it including the temperature and speed value’s data table; temperature and speed’s data point discount diagram and the temperature and velocity field’s schematic diagram. Through analyzing and summarizing the temperature and speed’s field of suction-airflow under the cone jet.Through the simulation and data analysis have corresponding charts and numerical value, charts and numerical value show that the most significant features of the exhaust hood produces blow-suction flow field are:air velocity along the suction hole axis decay much slower than single suction flow, suction flow is with orientation; The cold wind from the nozzle jet, the cold air with human’s surrounding air exchange heat overall, and then jet flows to suction mouth, it makes human body’s surrounding air temperature is relatively uniform; Compared with simple local air supply, to avoid the operators work’s site temperature difference be larger,this blow-suction flow field is more comfortable; Compared with the overall ventilation, it is more energy-saving; The exhaust hood be set in operating person upside space of operating person, it don’t affect the process of operation.
