| Contemporarily, here is a big opportunity for Chinese large cities to upgrade their urban space to the criteria of garden city or ecological garden city. Road green space is an important part and landscape element of road environment. Diverse road planting of Nanjing essentially formed "Green Nanjing". Roadside-green spaces directly associate with pedestrians’ feelings by the ecological and aesthetic benefits. Therefore research on existing plants-landscape of main roadside-green space in Nanjing is of great value, by means of analyze its advantages and disadvantages, and explore and discuss the orientation of development.Field survey chooses73parcels of expressway, trunk road, sub-road and branch of main urban. Firstly, the species of community, the quantities of species and the ecological structure of community are analyzed under vegetation ecological bases; Then the configuration mode of typical roadside-green plant landscape is elected; Thirdly, in supposed appraisal system, all subjects are comprehensively speculated by analytical hierarchy process. The main results are as follows:1、In the aspect of community characteristic, the roadside-green contains a large quantity of species, but lack of the indigenous plants. For few species are applied, here is a great similarity in plant species of roadside-greenbelt.2、In the aspect of disposal mode, the forms of the plant landscape on roadside-green are flexible and various. Different widths of the green produce different plant disposition. The landscape is diverse from road types, sub-road is slightly better, and branch is a bit poor.3、In the aspect of landscape appraisal, the general quality of urban roadside-green space planting in Nanjing is in good condition. Among all elements, the ecology index weight holds the first position, and next are landscape quality index weight, social service index weight. A quarter of40plots has achieved Grade Ⅰ, over30percent of which is in Grade Ⅱ,40percent of which is in Grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ. In the end, this article summarizes the features of plant landscape of urban roadside-green space in Nanjing. The optimized suggestions were brought forward to the development of ecology, local, artistry, diversity on road-green. |
