In recent years, under the pressure of reducing the logistics costs, the auto parts based on milk run mode as a new inbound logistics model owned the widespread attention and promotion in many automobile firms. But this effective inbound logistics model is problematic when the car companies are trying to use it, exactly how to build the right supplier network, select the correct pick path are worth pondering content, which is the purpose of this research projects,in order to provide the basis for management decisions.This is the first auto parts issues related to milk run in the research method of ABMS (Agent Based Modeling and Simulation). The object of study is the part of the automotive supply chain, including automobile firm, many parts suppliers and third-party logistics enterprises, the specific study includes the following sections:First, analyzing the auto parts based on milk run mode from the network organization theory and complex adaptive system,it consist of numerous "live" principal classes, as the network organization, different from the traditional market and bureaucracy.Second, Building the auto parts based on milk run mode conceptual model, including business processes, characteristics and adapt to conditions.Third, abstracting the granularity of the auto parts based on milk run mode to the department, various departments agent corporate body, enterprise agent as a dielectric body with adaptive milk run network organization. Including the departments agent internal and the interaction between them.Forth, programming the auto parts based on milk run mode with Java language in the path selecting, Do research on it at the Repast J simulation platform in outlook. Including Repast J and GIS integration, dynamic presentation of dynamic calculations with the Agent data in the Repast J in GIS; further expansion of the research milk run auto parts, such as the stability of the network organization. With the method of ABMS to study the auto parts based on milk run mode, which is a new attempt, hope to play the role of research ideas, innovation of the problem.
