Composite wall of foam cement was a new type of composite wall setting of bearing, maintenance and insulation.Compared with the traditional structure, this new composite wall was much lighter, thinner, faster and conducive to the residential systemindustrialization.At the same time, it was a new type of structure with good prospects. For recent research status,the analysis and study of cold-formed steel framing walls on the influencing factors of shear performance,the calculations of vertical bearing capacity, the calculation of lateral stiffness and deformation checking,the calculation of the maximum shear resistance, determination of the design value of shear resistance are carried out by test,finite element numerical analysis,theoretical formula derivation in this paper.The paper mainly accomplished such work as follows:(1) Based on test data on the composite wall of foam cement in the vertical loading and horizontal reversed low cyclic loading, the paper researched the mechanical characteristics of the column, filled foam cement core material and steel truss.(2) Through ABAQUS finite element software, the paper established a rational analysis model.Nonlinear FEM was employed to simulate the whole process of changing internal force and deformation. In addition, proven analysis model can provide more information by changing various parameters of the wall so as to break the limits of test study, and thus provide the basis for the extraction of the capacity formula.(3) Based on the results of nonlinear finite element analysis and experimental study,this paper did a study on the vertical load-bearing capacity and shear capacity of the new energy-saving composite wall.Established a series of finite element analysis models of single-factor changing,did some initial study on the force calculation method of the lightweight load-bearing composite wall under the vertical load and horizontal load.Put forward the computational formula of the vertical bearing capacity, lateral stiffness and the maximum shear resistance.Through experimental study and ABAQUS finite element parameter analysis, this paper depthly understood the whole process of changing internal force and deformation,put forward the computational formula of the vertical bearing capacity, lateral stiffness and the maximum shear resistance of the composite wall of foam cement,so as to provide some reference for it’s engineering application.
