China’s lighting industry has maintained a rapid and stable growth rate in the past10years. At present, the production have been exported to167countries and regions around the world and accounted for about80%of global production. But in recent years, the European Union, the United States and other developed countries and regions to build multiple green technical barriers for electric light source products, caused a great impact on China’s exports of electric light source. Therefore, the green design of energy-saving lamps and "green lighting" target can live up to the current domestic and international development needs.According to the ErP (Energy-related Products) instruction and other energy-saving lamps related laws and regulations, based on the work principle, materials and production processes of energy-saving lamps with ISO14000environment management standard, the paper constructs energy-saving lamp life cycle assessment model which is evaluated by using GABI software and obtain the influence value of every stage of environmental, Then put forward a kind of energy-saving lamps optimal design method:considering the product life, cost and other factors, using the AHP analytic hierarchy process to analysis the main material, structure of energy-saving lamp and then to obtains the weight sequence scheme of raw material and structure of energy-saving lamps, then according to the weight sequence to obtain the optimal design project. Take the disassembly scheme for application example, this paper simulates the split energy-saving lamp buckle model, and verify the feasibility of project by theoretical calculation and finite element analysis. Finally, this paper has developed an energy-saving lamp life cycle assessment software which provides a strong support for the optimization design of energy-saving lamp.
