There have been great advances in underground geotechnical engineering for mountain tunne, subway, submarine tunnel and etc. The flexibility, reliability, and time control of underground construction can essentially meet the expectation along with the continuously development of construction equipment and construction technology such as shallow excavation, shield tunneling, lining supports, slope supporting structure and grouting. However the underground works mostly utilize engineering analogue method at present with either insufficient monitoring survey or insufficient information feedback to do dynamic design. The purport of tunnel construction design is to ensure the tunnel constructed safely and economically of tunnel and construction by restricting surrounding rock deformation, exerting the supporting capacity of surrounding rock. The dynamic design of construction is significant approach to acquire the safety and economy. The dynamic design and construction of tunnel is based on tunnel excavation methods, supporting forms, variability of monitoring feedback data, handles the data that collected on the scene, adjust relevant parametric of initial support and secondary lining promptly, guarantee tunnel constructed safely and economically. The subject researches on dynamic design and construction of tunnel, puts forward a method of deform inverse algorithm analysis based on Yellow River Water Diversion Project in Jiaodong area. The purpose of the method applied to tunnel construction is to acquire the safety and economy of support forms by inverse calculation using finite element analysis based on integrated, systematic and reliable measurement data collected on multiple section, makes integral analytical prediction of support and optimizes the support plan of similar surrounding rocks. This paper can provide reference for design of similar projects in future.
