With the rapid development of the economy and the population increased rapidly, the requirement of water resources is increasing. But today, becase of the global water resource shortage, and the city issue becoming increasingly outstanding, water conservation has become the hot spot of research. Wastewater reuse is t is one of the effective ways to solve the shortage of water resources. Disinfection is an important component measure to guarantee the water quality of city sewage biological treatment. Chlorine dioxide is a new generation of broad-spectrum biocide and efficient oxidant. Chlorine dioxide attract a lot of people’s attention becase it’s not cause guadratic pollution. In the life of the disinfection Chlorine dioxide plays a more and more important role during people’s life and provids security guarantee for human health.Escherichia coli mainly epipHytic in human or animal gut, most of them are not pathogenic, few are toxic, the incubation period is usually3to4days. Drinking contaminated water or eating undercooked food may be infected, severe cases can be fatal. BacteriopHage MS2is a RNA virus, bacteriopHage’s hazards mainly exist in the fermentation industry. Becase bacteriopHage MS2genome sequence have been very clear, and have the international standard strains, the bacteriopHage MS2indicator virus instead of enteric viruses in disinfection products disinfection performance evaluation research is very meaningful. Enterovirus type71is highly infectied in the central nervous system. Enterovirus type71major causes of foot and mouth disease, aseptic meningitis, brain stem encepHalitis and polio-like paralysis and other diseases of the nervous system. Foot and mouth disease and central nervous system infection is two common clinical symptoms Infected by EV71.In this experiment,we adopted escherichia25922, bacteriopHage MS2and enterovirus71three microbial disinfection to be sterilizing objects of chlorine dioxide.Panel method for the detection of residual Escherichia coli and bacteriopHage MS2titers, with96remaining Kong Banfa detection of enterovirus type71titer. Exploration disinfection principle of chlorine dioxide on escherichia coli,bacteriopHage and intestinal virus respectively. At the same time,we explore the chlorine dioxide disinfection mechanism of enterovirus type71. Using RT-PCR and cell culture method for the detection of disinfection virus in a sample nucleic acid sequence of the injury and the inactivation of the virus, and analyze the correlation between the two. The results show:1).The disinfection effect on Escherichia coli25922, pHage MS2and enterovirus type71 three is better accompanied the increasing concentration of chlorine dioxidel. The disinfection effect to the three microbs is better when the chlorine dioxide in neutral and alkaline environmendue than in the acidic condition. With the increase of temperature and CT value increased, disinfection effect is better. Three kinds of microbial resistance to chlorine dioxide in order of size:enterovirus type71> phage of Escherichia coli MS2>25922.2).Using RT-PCR to detect viral nucleic acid, we found that the chlorine dioxide damage the5’-1region area firstly, the full length is118nt fragments.3).We use chlorine dioxide to disinfect artificial simulation of virus liquid, Using RT-PCR,we found the1-118nt gene is injured. At the same time cell infection disappeared. Thus, the preliminary determination that chlorine dioxide injurred enterovirus type71damage area is5’-1fragment, tha is1-118nt gene sequences.
