Blower fan is widely used in various industries, plays a very important role. Especially in the notebook computer system, blower fan cooling system is very important as the active component, its performance has a direct relationship to the notebook computer system stability. Notebook computer industry, frivolous change has been the development of a major trend, as a subset of components of the blower fan also gets very big impact. How in the limited space within the stipulated time, designed to meet customer requirements performance of fan is blower fan is one of the most important issues.The paper, based on the existing computational fluid dynamics method using Pro-E software for3D modeling; imported to Gambit software gridded, thereby Application Fluent software to numerical simulation of the flow field analysis. To simulate different speed, as well as the fan volute at the entrance to the different gap overall model of the flow field. The numerical analysis results intuitive flow phenomena found within the blower fan, including upper and lower intake vent and vent the air flow in these important segments.The last application in accordance with AMCA201-99test standard wind tunnel model sample PQ testing, comparative analysis and numerical simulation analysis, assessing numerical simulation accuracy and error analysis. The results show that the numerical simulation analysis is more accurate in the calculation of the amount of wind, but the wind pressure due to climb into the system fan speed characteristics calculated wind pressure is small. This provides a great reference value for future design can greatly shorten the development cycle.
