At present, the construction of underground engineering will be a lot of troublewhen constructing in the ground based buildings or underground tunnel betweenbuildings and structures. Trenchless construction technique is now widely used, butsuch as shield construction method and long distance pipe jacking method is difficultto meet the construction requirements of the underground space of turning, whichmake the urban underground pipe network construction and development ofunderground space limited. Meanwhile, the above two kinds of technology all rely onartificial structures behind the forward reaction equipment to provide driving.Therefore, it is in need of a continuous excavating technique,which can actively takeadvantage of the soil to force the machine going ahead and do not rely on artificialstructures behind the excavation of the tunnel. This paper focused on the researchbetween the influences of the surrounding soils in the process of moving ahead.The paper introduces the current Trenchless Technology and the research statusof affect on the surrounding soil, mainly focusing on the structure and soil interactionresearch. Collecting data related changes in the surrounding soils when spiralstructure to the working face in front of the soil displacement for screwing in the axialforce on excavating the body forward in the process of drilling. And then the law ofthe impact on the surrounding soil after driving the way of the spiral-pull machine issummarized for guiding the practice which can transform pull into thrust to push themachine forward.The Research used the method of model test, and the current trenchlesstechnology was used for reference. Also, combined with the principle of spiral pushermachine moving ahead, and then making reasonable test scheme, collectingexperiment data.Compared with theoretical calculation and experimental data,discussed the influence law of surrounding soils in the process of drilling of spiralpropeller.Through the analysis research could get the following conclusion:[1] When spiral propulsion start drilling, with the increase of tension, thedisplacement sensors swell gradually and variation is close to linear growth. Afterthe tension reaches the maximum, uplift quantity is stable.[2] In tension increased gradually in the process of ground surface deformation issmall, with the increase of tension, the surface of the deformation increase faster. The displacement sensors which is closest the motor side box body, its humpphenomenon more obvious.[3] When spiral propulsion start drilling, the disturbance of soil around the frontmodel box is severe, the soil pressure changes obviously; With the increase oftensile, soil pressure appear wavy variability.[4] When spiral propulsion start drilling, the disturbance of soil around the backmodel box is severe, the soil pressure is no change; With the increase of tension,spiral propulsion start driving forward, making squeezing effect of soil around theback model box, soil pressure began to increase.[5] When tension increases to4KN, the soil pressure began to decrease which has alinear relation.[6] After the tension reaches the maximum, the soil pressure also has a process of alinear increase, and finally stabilized.
