Tracked vehicle is one of the main equipments used in readiness, training,combating. Because tracked vehicle is for special purposes, driving environment bad,high-involuted conditions, fatigue damage and fatigue fracture will be happen by manycomponents with car tare weight,, impact load, friction and wear and other complicatedload.In order to meet the needs of the troops to ensure the action part of the trackedvehicles with sufficient reliability, in recent years, a lot of fruitful work in fatiguedamage and the load spectrum has been done by some of the country’s relevantdepartments in the product design, production.This topic is based on some tracked vehicles used in our equipment, trackedvehicles rigid-flexible coupling vehicle model was established by virtual prototyping,the process of moving load of tracked vehicles, vehicle-bench experimental systemvirtual experiments, load spectrum of torsion bar, e fatigue life of the torsion bar werewas analyzed and calculated.Main researches were summarized as follows:①With the help of virtual prototyping technology, a multi-body dynamics modelof tracked vehicles was established by racked vehicles toolbox ATV of multi-mechanicssoftware ADMAS; torsion bar flexible body model was established by finite elementsoftware. The flexible body model was added to multi-body model of the trackedvehicles. According to modifying the constraint relations, a tracked vehiclerigid-flexible coupling model was established.②According to real vehicle tests, the reliability of the vehicle model testverification was carried out from the statics and dynamics.③Based on Fourier inverse transformation method,"ATV&RECURDYNpavement generation program" was written, which can generate A and H of eight levelsof random road following the road roughness coefficients.④With vehicle load of tracked vehicle virtual test, the weight-bearing forces onthe wheel shaft, and a lot of measuring points on the vehicle body acceleration shouldbe gotten. Analyzed the correlation between the two after the data processing of themeasured data,and deduced the function of specific conditions between the twostatistics. ⑤Vehicles-bench test system was established by the way of road wheel couplingto measure the acceleration of the body points and get36582node torsion bar loadstress time histories. The nodal loads was to make statistical by rain flow countingmethod to get the fatigue spectrum within the entire mission profile.⑥According to the physical and mechanical properties of the torsion bar material,and with reference to the factor of the torsion shaft fatigue life, the S-N curve was made.Based on Miner linear cumulative damage theory, the fatigue life of the torsion bar wascalculated by the use of nominal stress method. |
