It is addressed on the basis of deck reinforcement engineering practices on QingshuiRiver Bridge for Wu Xuan Expressway to propose with key technology on gummyprestressed frame to consolidate the height-changeable concrete box beam for Wu XuanExpressway by sharing the local and foreign practices of bridge tests, assessment, andreinforcement experiences. Main details are presented as follows:(1) With serious defects on prestressed box beams in the Qingshui River Bridge, andlimited space under long concrete bottom, it is proposed with gummy prestressed frameand enlarging concrete cross section, as well as application guidelines for selectingconstruction stuff.(2) Treatment of concrete surface and steel bar planting technology is involved withcutting surface, cracking filling, shear groove as well as concrete bar planting technique(3) Automatic dense concrete construction generated: they are detailed onconfiguration principles for dense concrete construction, construction and maintenance ofconcrete template(4) Tension and control for pre-stressed device in the limited space includeexamination on steel strands, anchorage, pieces, as well as construction and inspectionfor prestressed ropes and pipe mud jack.The reinforcement method for gummy prestressed bars is applied for box beam,which indicates the obvious effect on bearing capacity and use property for cross profilesand improves the rigidity of bridge structure.The thesis is referred to similar practices in the reinforcement of bridge beams.
