In industrial production, flow metering and other fields, ultrasonic flowmeter canbe used flow measurement of huge diameters, and can be provided with higheraccuracy. But because huge pipeline’s diameters and area limited, installing ultrasonicflowmeter’s former and latter straight pipe is impossible. Fluid flowing doesn’tachieve full development state, results in affecting ultrasonic flowmeter’s measureingperformance. Huge pipeline also brings about difficulties of various of measureingexperiments and expensive price. Therefore, needs finding a kinds of methods inmeasureing performance of huge diameters and multipaths.This thesis makes use of a software of fluid mechanics’s numerical simulation.Base on verifying simulation methods, huge diameters and multipaths ultrasonicflowmeter’s measureing performance is studied from different installing pattern aboutthree baffles of reduceing tube, divergent tube, double eccentric butterfly valve,providing basis and reference in industrial production and flow metering. |
