| Energy efficiency label which is now widely used in developed countries is oneof the most important effective energy efficiency management methods. It can notonly solve the problem of information asymmetry, but also help to develop our energyefficiency consciousness.In this paper, we make use of the actual research data on energy consumption andcompare the results of the different calculation methods of building energyconsumption. The methods are coal consumption of power generation method andelectric equivalent method. The shortage of building energy efficiency evaluation isanalyzed from two aspects, building positive energy-efficiency and passiveenergy-efficiency, and two benchmarks of building baseline and operation baselineare raised to evaluate the building energy efficiency. According to the limit values foreach element written in Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public BuildingsGB50189-2005we establish a reference building. The building baseline in Tianjinarea is115.7kWh/m~2calculated by buildings simulation software.We design16simulated conditions with the method of orthogonal experimentalmethod. Through the analysis of simulation results, we identify3impact factor ofoperation baseline: people density, power density of office equipment, and operationhours. At last, we use predictive analysis software SPSS for multiple linear regressionanalysis of simulation results and conclude the correction factors and predictionequations of building operation baseline.As for the operation baseline of reference building, we set different energyconsumption baselines under three conditions. They are one-fourth-front energyconsumption values, average energy consumption values and one-fourth-last energyconsumption values. The calculation results are104.4,120.1,141.4kWh/m~2and242.8,323.1,383.1kWh/m~2and with the method of coal consumption of power generation.Finally, the two baselines are used to put forward evaluation method for buildingenergy ratings. |
