| Crumb rubber concrete as a new type of concrete, for its good toughness,deformation capacity, and high damping, low heat conduction performance,all ofthose performance makes up for the traditional concrete of low tensile strength, easeof cracking, brittle weakness, become a new construction material in the engineeringfield.The past research about crumb rubber concrete was mainly on its workingperformance, mechanical properties, as well as the deformation properties of crumbrubber concrete, and little research on its durability.In recent years, the problems ofconcrete durability has a gradually increasing trend, the carbonation properties as animportant aspect of the concrete durability has the widespread harmness, so it isnecessary to do some research and exploration about crumb rubber concrete.This paper are mainly through the different use of mixing amount, particle s ize ofrubber aggregate to research the crumb rubber concrete carbonation regularity, and theeffects of water cement ratio, mineral admixture, additive, curing time andenvironmental conditions on the effect of crumb rubber concrete carbonation are alsotaken into consideration.The orthogonal experimental design used to identify the mostadverse environmental conditions. At the same time this article give some analysis onthe crumb rubber floating mechanism and give some countermeasures to prevent therubber aggregate floating. Through the design of experiments on the corrosion of thereinforced in different dosage rubber aggregate concrete carbonation of steelcorrosion research, which verified the carbonation of reinforced concrete durability. Inaddition,the carbonation of different diameters of the cylinder with the prismatic bodyat the same condition are compared, established corresponding model and come to therelevant conclusions.Through the study we are found: with the join of rubber aggregate, the strength ofconcrete reduced and the carbonation resistance of concrete decreases graduallyincreased with the increase of the rubber content. Rational design of concrete slump,select the appropriate of vibrators way and time, as well as mixed with mineraladmixtures, are able to effectively control the the rubber aggregate floatingphenomenon. With the rubber aggregate content increased, the the rebar corrosionweight loss rate increasing trend is not obvious.The gas diffusion in the cylinder and prism are different, so there is a certain relationship between the carbonation depth ofcarbonation depth and prism cylinder under the same conditions. |
