| As a kind of nonmetallic and magnetic material, the ferrite has an importantstatus in the modern electronic technology. It is widely used in aerospace, automaticcontrol, radio electronics, computer, microwave technology and radar communication, etc. The target of this paper is the miniaturization of ferrite devices. With the researchobject of EE MnZn ferrite core, this paper explored the relationship between causativeperformance and processing quality through theoretical research, scientificexperiments and finite element simulation. The main research of this paper includes three aspects. Firstly, the polishingtrajectory of ferrite work piece was studied. After modeling and analyzing thepolishing trajectory of chemical mechanical polishing with different motion, theuniformity of removal material was discussed, and the polishing parameters wereoptimized. Secondly, the evaluation of surface quality after polishing was studied. The surface morphology and three-dimensional roughness parameter of EE-typeferrite core were measured, which initially identified the relationship between thesurface quality and causative of ferrite. Lastly, the causative performance of ferritewas simulated with ANSOFT MAXWELL. The relational model between causativeand processing quality of ferrite was verified by numerical simulation. This paper established the relationship between causative performance andsurface quality of ferrite. The polishing parameters were optimized and the researchwill be good help to the machining process. |
